Traitors (2019)

A young British civil servant is recruited by Americans who insist that her own government needs watching. The 2019 drama makes inexperience and ideological certainty dangerous tools in the unsettled aftermath of the Second World War. It is a useful, contained six-part detour into the practical vulnerability of someone flattered into believing recruitment proves her judgement.
