Ray (2021)

Four separate Satyajit Ray story adaptations let you choose an episode without learning a long serial history. The Hindi anthology moves between psychological unease, dark humour and obsession, with performances including Manoj Bajpayee and Kay Kay Menon. Episodes are substantial, around an hour rather than short sketches, making this a useful option for two evenings of distinct stories.
