Boiling Point (2023)

Head chef Carly is trying to establish a London restaurant while the people keeping it running have very little room for a bad night. The 2023 television continuation of the film is the closest match for the strain of service and the unequal burden of holding a team together. Vinette Robinson makes authority feel like work rather than a personality trait. Watch the 2021 film first for the shared history; this is not a remake of it.
