Sengalam (2023)

A struggle around municipal power in Virudhunagar connects family ambition, political office and violence. The local scale makes public authority feel personal: a relationship can matter more than the position written on a door. Its intersecting storylines suit a viewer who wants to see the network around an office, with political access becoming something people inherit, trade and defend.
