Reservation Dogs (2021)

Four Indigenous teenagers in Oklahoma imagine leaving home while their community keeps complicating what that departure would mean. The three-season series mixes sharply particular humour, grief and occasional supernatural encounters without making its young people stand for a single lesson. Adults and friends can help badly before learning to help better. It is a richer, sadder route into the work of belonging than a simple feel-good label suggests.
