Black Doves (2024)

A spy's complicated London life becomes even less manageable when an old friend is brought in to protect her. Keira Knightley and Ben Whishaw give the pair's shorthand and mutual concern as much weight as the surrounding violence. The humour is sharper and the city glossier than Slough House, but the relationship has the same appeal of people who know each other's worst habits and still make a useful team.
