Severance (2022)

Lumon's severed floor has corridors, thresholds and instructions that its workers must learn without the context available to their outside selves. Severance turns those spatial limits into a problem of identity and power. Choose it for precise production design that makes an apparently empty hallway feel consequential. The story does venture beyond the office; the fascination here is how a workplace boundary can divide what a person is allowed to know about their own life.
