Wayward (2025)

Tall Pines Academy in Wayward promises to deal with troubled teenagers while making its own methods difficult to challenge or escape. The 2025 thriller connects the school's boundaries to the power it holds over the surrounding town. Choose it for institutional confinement with an increasingly strange, unsettling edge. The story follows people outside the academy too, so the recommendation is about the school's reach rather than a literal single-building production.
