High Water (2022)

The rising water in the 2022 Polish High Water forces officials and residents to make decisions about protection that cannot benefit every place equally. Roads, embankments and forecasts become sources of disagreement rather than neutral background details. Choose it for the connection between flood logistics and political responsibility. It dramatises the 1997 flood with fictionalised characters, so its practical stakes should not be mistaken for an unaltered record of every decision.
