Fortitude (2015)

Fortitude's Arctic settlement relies on routines built around extreme cold, remoteness and limited access. Changes in that environment disturb the assumptions that make the town seem governable. Choose it for an atmospheric mystery that moves towards biological horror, where the climate is more than a colour palette. Its speculative explanation and increasingly wild plotting distinguish it from an ordinary realistic snowbound investigation.
