Sar-e-Rah (2023)

Rania takes over her father’s taxi, opening a route through lives she might otherwise never encounter. Saba Qamar’s driver provides the connecting thread for stories about dignity, prejudice and the right to occupy public space. Its short, episodic shape offers a change from long family serials, with earning a living treated as a meaningful act in itself.
