The Fortune Hotel (2024)

Pairs at a Caribbean hotel try to keep or acquire the right briefcase while avoiding the one that means an early exit. The British series, hosted by Stephen Mangan, makes a case swap a social negotiation rather than just a reveal. Unlike a straightforward mystery, the viewer can know what a pair is trying to conceal. Watching that knowledge survive an apparently friendly conversation is the particular pleasure here.
