Tomato and pea pasta bake

Frozen peas bring sweetness to an onion and tinned-tomato sauce, while pasta makes it a filling bowl. Finish with a little mozzarella under the grill for a melted top and crisp edges, without giving the whole dish a long oven bake. A good choice for one or two people using ordinary pasta shapes and vegetables already in the freezer.
