This Way Up (2019)

Aisling Bea's Aine rebuilds ordinary routines after a mental-health crisis, with her sister's care both essential and complicated. English lessons, awkward jokes and small acts of avoidance receive as much attention as more dramatic developments. The two released series mix comedy with loneliness and depression, offering breathing room without presenting recovery as a neat, linear lesson.
