Nobody's Looking (2019)

A new guardian angel discovers that helping people is governed by a bureaucracy whose rules do not make much sense. The fantasy exception earns its place through familiar workplace behaviour: training, supervision and uncertainty about whether anyone in charge is paying attention. Uli’s attempts to improve human lives also keep exposing needs that cannot be reduced to a neat instruction.
