Kaaka Muttai (2015)
Movie
Released
Tamil, directed by M. Manikandan. Two boys' wish to taste pizza becomes a funny, precise way of seeing which parts of Chennai are open to them. Their resourcefulness gives the social observation an immediate human scale. A welcoming first choice rather than an epic commitment; it premiered in 2014 before its 2015 theatrical release.
