The Afterparty (2022)

The Afterparty gathers people with complicated shared histories and lets each account of a murder arrive in a different screen genre. Like Only Murders, the pleasure involves noticing what a person's performance reveals about them as well as collecting evidence. Start here for comic ensemble chemistry and a proper central whodunnit. Its two seasons have different main cases, so the change of format is part of the invitation rather than an unfinished continuation of one murder.
