The Mole (2022)

This is an explicit reality detour: the Netflix version that began in 2022 asks contestants to build a prize while identifying a saboteur. Watch for the way private advantage undermines public cooperation, not for a fictional death game. The participants are in a produced competition rather than Squid Game's coercive situation, so the comparison has a clear ethical limit.
