Better Off Ted (2009)

A research company's employees try to do recognisable jobs inside an organisation whose approved decisions are increasingly indefensible. Portia de Rossi's management performance is a particular pleasure when an outrageous policy is delivered as routine administration. The two-season satire is much stranger than Abbott, but it shares the need to improvise around systems that will not admit their own absurdity.
