The OA (2016)

The OA asks people to decide what to believe about a returned woman's account of where she has been. Its connection to Dark is the combination of emotional conviction and a reality that may be stranger than the first explanation. Choose it for an audacious, sometimes divisive story about attachment and the possibility of another life. It is more willing to rely on faith and performance than a tightly reconstructible puzzle, and cancellation after two seasons leaves a major cliffhanger.
