Kairos (2020)

The people connected by a phone call in Kairos are living one month apart, each trying to prevent a family loss the other may be able to affect. The Korean-language thriller makes information a practical resource: knowing something earlier changes what can be attempted. Choose it for Dark's causal urgency in a more direct rescue-story structure. Its appeal is coordinating choices across a clear interval rather than learning a multigenerational genealogy.
