Charlie Mullins

Mullins completed a plumbing apprenticeship before working for himself and building Pimlico Plumbers. His business made presentation and reliability part of the service, with recognisable vans and uniforms alongside the practical work. The revealing step is from being the person who fixes a problem to organising a team that customers expect to arrive and solve it consistently.
