Bernardo Silva

Bernardo's press against Leipzig in 2023 is a study in covering more than one opponent with a clever route. Guardiola said he could pressure three players in two movements, and Leipzig's coach said City left his team without an answer on the ball. Look at Bernardo's body angle as much as his speed: his first movement can appear to chase one player while taking away the pass to another.
