Marco Reus

Reus helped Dortmund decide when an ambitious press was worth the defensive risk. UEFA's analysis of the 2023 match with Paris describes him directing younger teammates while Dortmund accepted one-on-one defending behind the press. That makes his leadership visible in the shape, not merely in a tackle. Watch when he signals a teammate to jump and how quickly the others close the next pass.
