Cocoon (2023)

Carrying a world on your back makes a wonderfully concrete puzzle tool. You move between orbs, then use their different properties inside one another until an impossible-looking arrangement suddenly makes sense. The design teaches largely through doing, which is welcome when you are tired of reading ability menus. There are reactive boss encounters alongside the thoughtful spatial puzzles.
