BioShock (2007)

Rapture's signs, recordings and instructions are worth hearing again with the ending already in mind. Details that initially supplied atmosphere become evidence of how the city and its story are working on you. The 2007 campaign remains substantially the same, and there is no new chapter unlocked by restarting. Its second-run pleasure is recognising the construction, with a different combination of powers keeping the shooting from becoming automatic.
