Telling Lies (2019)

A recording may show only one side of a conversation, making the missing reply an important piece of evidence. Search words from the footage, match people and exchanges, and reconstruct how private relationships fit into the larger situation. The game tracks your access to material more readily than it verifies every conclusion. It is a patient, film-heavy investigation, with scrubbing and repeated viewing part of the work.
