Disco Elysium: The Final Cut (2021)

Your detective's instincts speak with remarkable confidence, but confidence is not a reliable measure of understanding. Internal voices can offer insight, prejudice or an appealing excuse, leaving you to decide which impulses deserve authority. The Final Cut is a densely written, voiced role-playing game about a murder investigation. Addiction, politics and personal failure are central; the uncertainty is personal as well as procedural.
