Surgeon Simulator: Anniversary Edition (2014)

Trying to guide an uncooperative arm towards a perfectly ordinary tool quickly destroys any illusion of professional competence. The humour comes from the gap between a clear task and the mess your inputs produce. This Anniversary Edition is a deliberately absurd operation game, with plenty of cartoon blood and bodily destruction. It suits a tolerance for awkward controls and gross slapstick, rather than squeamish company.
