Decision to Leave (2022)
Movie
Released
Park Chan-wook moves between city investigation and a damp coastal atmosphere, making distance and weather part of a detective's fixation. Reflections and precisely arranged viewpoints keep intimacy uncertain. It is a more emotionally intricate night watch than a straight mystery, with the changing locations doing real expressive work.
