The security unit narrating this adventure would rather watch entertainment than manage awkward human contact, but its clients are in danger. That irritated, observant voice gives the action a personality immediately. The novella is a brisk way to recover the urge for another chapter. Expect violent peril, and remember that it opens the larger Murderbot sequence rather than concluding every question about its narrator.
