A distant instrument can make the space between small worlds feel both lonely and unexpectedly companionable. You fly a fragile wooden spacecraft, follow signals and investigate traces of an absent civilisation, building an understanding rather than an arsenal. Other travellers punctuate the solitude instead of filling it. Environmental danger and a repeating time limit give this compact solar system more urgency than a peaceful sightseeing simulator.
