Prey (2017)

Talos I becomes more interesting as your tools change what counts as a route. A locked room can invite hacking, a climb built with the GLOO Cannon or an approach through a different compartment. This is Arkane's 2017 game, centred on a substantial but connected space station. Its pleasure is learning and reusing that architecture under alien threat, with resource pressure and frightening encounters along the way.
