The Legacy (1978)
Movie
Released
An invitation to an English country estate draws an American designer into the affairs of a dying man and his prospective heirs. The older exception turns the privilege of being chosen into a distinctly unattractive responsibility. Expect theatrical gothic plotting and elaborate deaths, with the real terms of the bequest kept behind the household's polished hospitality.
