Path of Exile (2013)

Support gems can alter how an active skill behaves, while the passive tree and equipment decide how that idea survives contact with enemies. A projectile setup and a minion army ask you to watch different parts of the screen. The campaign supplies meaningful experiments, but copying a spectacular finished build can hide expensive gear and considerable learning.
