Planescape: Torment - Enhanced Edition (2017)

The Nameless One's difficulty staying dead makes mortality part of the world to investigate. Recovering from death can expose information or possibilities that a conventional reload would hide, encouraging curiosity about what the story considers a setback. This is the Enhanced Edition of the older, very word-heavy RPG. Immortality does not make every decision harmless, and some situations can still end badly; expect old combat systems as well as unusual narrative uses for defeat.
