BioShock 2 (2010)

Defending a gathering spot gives you time to make traps, hacked security and plasmids work together. Choosing where enemies will move makes a successful defence feel prepared rather than bought with a larger damage number. Experiment with combinations before spending all your special ammunition. The campaign mixes that planning with direct shooting, and preparation cannot remove every surprise.
