XCOM 2: War of the Chosen (2017)

High ground, flanking angles and how far you advance determine both your shot and the danger of revealing another enemy group. The expansion's new soldier classes make movement and coordination more varied, while mission pressures discourage waiting behind one safe wall forever. Choose it for positional decisions with genuine campaign consequences. This expansion requires XCOM 2; shots can miss, soldiers can die permanently and a good-looking square may expose more of the map than you intended.
