Age of Mythology: Retold (2024)

Myth units and god powers give familiar economy building a theatrical set of interruptions, while the main journey moves between cultures with different strengths. Retold updates the presentation and systems, so returning knowledge helps without reproducing every old solution unchanged. Choose it for a campaign whose mythological setting gives missions a clear personality. Later expansion campaigns are separate content, and powerful abilities do not remove the need to manage workers, counters and several parts of the map.
