The Past Within (2022)

One player investigates the past while the other works in the future, with each person's observations changing what their partner can understand. Two copies and separate devices are required, but supported platforms can be mixed. The game itself needs no internet connection; a remote pair still needs a way to communicate. Its different visual formats encourage you to describe shapes and mechanisms precisely, and the puzzles can be completed without earlier Rusty Lake knowledge.
