Place a coloured block and watch the surrounding architecture adapt into stairs, arches or little rooflines. There is no population to feed or balance sheet waiting behind the pretty houses. Choose it for a small construction toy where an accidental arrangement can be the whole point. It offers little direction or long-term structure, making it especially suitable when you want to stop after a pleasing street rather than work towards a campaign objective.
