A detailed tutorial and practice options make concepts such as safe attacks, punishment and defensive timing easier to examine deliberately. Story fights provide a less exposed place to become comfortable with a few moves before facing another person. The Kameo system adds a second set of decisions, so learn one main fighter and one assist before collecting complicated routes. It is graphically violent, and a strong lesson menu does not make the competitive game simple. Extra characters and story expansions are not necessary to learn the base systems.
