Recruiting and development matter because the squad keeps changing as players move through college. You can set a scheme, call plays and follow whether successive recruiting classes actually support your plan. Coordinator careers provide a narrower set of responsibilities than running a whole programme. The interface is manageable for a detailed simulation, but formations, downs and recruiting rules still need learning if American football is unfamiliar. Talent, development and simulated results introduce uncertainty; a high-rated recruit is a prospect rather than a guaranteed championship.
