A free browser game makes drafts, contracts and the balance of a roster easy to revisit without committing to a large installed simulation. The important question is whether a group of players fits together, not simply whether every individual rating is high. The manual helps with the financial system, and fictional leagues work well without knowledge of current professionals. This is primarily a general-manager game, with less direct tactical coaching than some choices here. Scouting estimates and uncertain player development make long-term judgement more useful than treating potential as a guarantee.
