Different versions of a clockwork world give each person part of the answer, making careful listening a useful skill in its own right. Point-and-click interaction keeps the physical controls relatively small, while the eerie tale gives the puzzle discussion a shared purpose. Each person needs a copy and a separate device, even when sitting together.
