Saccharine (2026)
Movie
Released
A medical student's pursuit of a smaller body gives a supernatural weight-loss scheme a painfully recognisable emotional entry point. Natalie Erika James makes appetite, attraction and shame press on the same person, while the haunting literalises a cost she cannot simply measure. The May 2026 release is graphic body horror involving human ashes, with eating-disorder themes and coercive beauty expectations.
