Colour and placement are your tools: neighbouring blocks become improbable terraces, stairs and arches through the building system's own rules. Discovering those reactions gives a quiet session something to investigate. There are no missions or resource costs. It is best approached as a construction toy, with decisions about shape and atmosphere rather than a city that needs managing.
