Smushi Come Home (2023)

At mushroom height, a fallen log or patch of water can become a promising little expedition. Smushi combines gliding, climbing and swimming with friendly requests, light puzzles and a journal of real mushrooms. There are no time limits or game overs, so getting your bearings is part of the pleasure. It still has platforming to work out, but the compact forest areas offer a welcoming alternative to a huge map full of tasks you feel obliged to clear.
