Sea of Thieves (2018)

A collision, a storm or somebody forgetting the holes below deck can send the crew from treasure hunting to a frantic bucket relay. Steering, sails, repairs and cannon work leave room for an improvised rescue in which everybody has a useful job. Unsold treasure is at risk when the ship sinks, so cashing in regularly keeps the evening's story affordable. Safer Seas removes other crews from the equation while keeping the sea's hazards. A short voyage with a planned selling stop makes a better casual session than endless hoarding.
