TowerFall Ascension (2014)

Four-player local archery puts the rivalry within reach of the people sharing the sofa. Catching an arrow or landing a desperate stomp is rewarding immediately, with a large set of variants to change the match. Its appeal here is choosing the company and rules, rather than maintaining a rating. The PC release has no native online versus queue; remote streaming is a separate arrangement, not the same feature.
